Shipping and order timing

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Tracking is provided on every shipment. The carrier delivery estimate shown at checkout describes transit after shipment and may not include time needed to confirm, source, or prepare the exact configuration.

The five-business-day preparation window applies to our 5-Day Custom bracelet and necklace programs and rings. Other bracelets and necklaces, especially mixed-shape designs and flexible bangles, have availability and timing confirmed for the exact specifications. We share inventory across our wholesale business, so an online listing does not guarantee that a selected option is ready to ship. Some confirmed ready pieces can ship quickly. We confirm the expected ready date for your order and contact you with choices before any substitution or material change.

Wholesale returns

Wholesale orders are final unless an item is defective or incorrect. Please report an issue within 48 hours of delivery by emailing george@georgesmountings.com or calling (818) 480-2217. Include your order number and a description of the issue so we can review it with you.
